The QCFL Way

QC Forestry Limited (QCFL) was founded in 2000 and has good experience in all types of forestry and landscape work. All work is planned so that it is conducted in an environmentally-friendly manner. QCFL is fully committed to all aspects of Health & Safety and we carry full insurance cover for all types of contract work undertaken.

QCFL only uses operational staff who are trained, qualified and experienced in the work, including PTS (Personal Track Safety) certified on all railway related work and NPTC (National Proficiency Tests Council) certified in all areas of tree surgery, felling and weed spraying. QCFL uses up to date machinery and equipment so as to provide an efficient and quality service.

QCFL will not undertake contract work for which it does not have the necessary trained personnel and insurance cover to perform. We will not undertake contract work on a basis which is contrary to the general good of the environment.

Contracts & Pricing

Contract work is normally undertaken on the basis of a fixed price quotation where the work has been specifically defined. Subcontract work is undertaken on the basis of an agreed daily work rate. To meet particular client needs flexible pricing arrangements can be negotiated. QCFL’s standard terms and conditions will be presented before the commencement of a contract.
